This weekend we are having a double free entry for all the family at the British Golf Museum.

Saturday 17th March sees St Patrick's Day and you can bring your children down to the museum to follow our Four Leaf Clover trail around the galleries. Meanwhile, you can enjoy the wonderful exhibitions on display, including our showcase on Royal Portrush in Northern Ireland, the only venue to have held The Open Championship outside mainland Britain. You can also see items donated by Fred Daly, the only player from Northern Ireland to have won the coveted title, doing so in 1947 at Hoylake.

On Sunday 18th, don't forget it's Mother's Day! If you are looking for a wonderful way to spend time with your Mother or Grandmother, why not come along to the museum? Again, it is free entry for all the family. Why not make this part of a day out in St Andrews, and enjoy lunch at one of the many restaurants or hotels beside the museum or take a walk along the beautiful West Sands beach?

On both days, every visitor receives a free copy of our souvenir guide, a great reminder of your visit and we are open from 10am to 4pm each day.

So come along to the British Golf Museum for free this weekend and take the perfect break from playing golf.
