The British Golf Museum is offering free entry this weekend, Saturday 9th and Sunday 10th September, as part of the Doors Open Day programme of events.

At The British Golf Museum you will discover wonderful new exhibitions on display here, including our Open Championships since 1946 exhibition, our R&A Room and our International Team Events display.

These exhibitions are brought together using colourful image panels and an array of unique objects from our exceptional collections.  Our exhibitions are accompanied by film highlights from each Open Championship from 1923 onwards and highly acclaimed inter-active DVDs about The R&A.

Across Fife there will be many attractions opening to the public for free on Sunday 10th September.

The purpose of Doors Open Day is to increase appreciation and understanding of built heritage. Buildings, gardens, exhibitions and much more will be open to the public for free.  Over 800 buildings across Scotland will be taking part this year.

Make a visit to The British Golf Museum part of your Doors Open Day experience and take the perfect break from playing golf.
